I went to sleep at 12:30 AM and woke up at 7 AM without an alarm. I think I might finally be developing a normal sleeping pattern.

There’s this tea called “Tension Tamer”& my parents think that if I drink a concentrated cup of that, I’ll be able to fall asleep at a reasonable hour like a normal person…

This morning, I woke up to a coffee intervention:

My parents want me to give up coffee because they think it might be the reason why I experience symptoms of insomnia:

I don’t think I have insomnia, I just have a terrible sleeping pattern that I could fix with the right motivation.

Oh goodness, what am I still doing up?

The night started off with me watching City Lights but got distracted by my so much Hiddles on my dash and Misfits playing on my TV, then some Arthur Darvill and Iwan Rheon, some more Misfits, then some ABBA, Earth Wind and Fire and flipping ELO again.

Is it weird that it’s 3:30am and I’m tired as hell but all I can think of is going for a run?

Can I blame this on my ADD?

I’m currently reading Kitchen Confidential, an unmentionable lifestyle book for research purposes, and recently picked up Life of Pi. Why can’t I just stick to ONE flipping book?

Also, why can’t I fall asleep before 3am?
